Questions Often Asked

We Have The Answers You Need

How long before I see new patients from SEO?

SEO follows a predictable trajectory, but it is not instant. The first phase is technical — fixing site and content issues and rebuilding Google’s trust in your domain. During this phase you will see strong growth in impressions and clicks, but new patient volume may be modest.

This is normal and necessary.

This is why in tandem we launch Google and Meta Ad campaign that deliver high-value patients seeking a new dentist in just days to help you grow almost immediately.

As we move into the local targeting phase — the procedure and location terms that actually fill chairs — metrics settle while patient acquisition climbs. Meaningful jumps typically occur at the 3, 6, 9, and 12-month marks. Over the course of a full year, a well-executed strategy should at minimum double your bottom-line contribution from organic search.

Our monthly reporting keeps you informed at every stage — you will never be left guessing whether the strategy is working.

Early-stage SEO targets broad, high-volume topics that restore your site’s authority with Google. This drives impressions and awareness. Once that foundation is established, we shift focus to the high-intent local terms — “dental implants Scottsdale,” “Phoenix emergency dentist near me” — that convert searchers into booked appointments.

The sequencing is deliberate: trust first, then precision targeting.

Yes. We have documented results from dental practices and adjacent industries. A local Arizona dental client saw 32% growth in site traffic within the first two months, with continued improvement through month six. A local Chandler retail client saw 43% growth in the first week.

Results are shown anonymously to protect client confidentiality.

Your outcomes may track similarly, better, or modestly below these depending on your market, competition, and starting baseline — we will never overstate what is possible.

No. There is no cookie-cutter approach here. Every strategy begins with a full audit of your current site, content, and competitive landscape. What gets built is specific to your practice type, your location, your procedure mix, and the competitive pressure you face. Two practices in different markets — or even the same market — will have meaningfully different strategies.

For practices in an earlier growth stage with lower chair volume, we price accordingly — typically at a third of what larger practices pay.

Our belief is straightforward: if your practice grows, we grow with it. Pricing tied to your current capacity, not a fixed agency rate card, is how we align our incentives with yours.

But too be fair we are not an affordable option, we are the choice for those sensitive on time and want absolutey certain results.

Most marketing companies are primarily skilled at one thing: selling you their marketing.

Arch is built around two competencies — SEO execution and revenue generation. Every decision we make is evaluated against a single question: does this put more patients in your chair and more production on your schedule?

We do not chase vanity metrics or sell you on impressions or KPI jargon. We deliver new patients, higher case acceptance, more value, and practice revenue growth.

What do you need from us before work can begin?

Access to the backend (admin area) of your WordPress website is essential. Without it, most SEO improvements — technical fixes, content updates, schema, page optimizations — simply cannot be implemented. Before onboarding, we ask every client to confirm they have full admin-level access to their own site.

If your website is managed by a third-party platform or dental tech company, it is worth confirming upfront exactly what level of access they grant you. Some platforms restrict changes in ways that limit what we can do. We will flag any access issues early so there are no surprises.

In the event your are leaving a difficult or non-performing agency you will want to discuss the procedure with us before you notify them.  We have experienced many agencies becoming spiteful and deliberately harming doctors, by deleting sites, content, and even controlling domain names and ransoming them for high payouts.

Do not attempt to leave your agency or let them know you are planning to do so without contacting us first.  We will help you free of charge to potentially avoid all of these problems.

Trust us, that consulting our team first can save months of headaches.

Google Maps (Local Pack) is often the fastest-moving piece of a dental SEO campaign and one of the highest-value placements available. Appearing in the top 3 map results for your primary local keywords generates a significant volume of direct calls from patients who are ready to book.

Maps optimization is included in all SEO tiers. For most practices in a healthy starting position, meaningful improvement in map rankings is achievable within the first 30 to 60 days.

Management is charged at 20% of your monthly ad spend, with a minimum management fee of $1,000/month regardless of budget. Campaign setup is a one-time fee of $500.

Once we have access to your Google account — or create one for you — campaigns go live within 24 to 72 hours.

We offer free Google Ads management for all but the lowest tier packages.

For general dentistry in Arizona, a $5,000/month ad spend typically generates 30–40 new patient appointments per month. Average cost per click for dental terms runs $60–80, and cost per acquired appointment with the patient showing up lands in the $350–450 range across most Arizona markets.

These are people actively searching for a dentist around your practice. That said, ads do not guarantee visits — a percentage of booked appointments will cancel, as with any patient acquisition channel.

Most of our active dental PPC clients run budgets between $4,000 and $16,000/month.

This depends heavily on your budget and your appetite for competing against well-funded DSO groups. ClearChoice, Aspen Dental, Nuvia, and similar operators spend aggressively on implant and full-arch ad terms — costs per click climb significantly and competition is intense.

For practices not yet in a strong position to compete at that spend level, we typically advise building your implant patient base through SEO first, then layering in paid ads once organic rankings are established and your cost per acquisition is lower.

High-value procedure ads require a meaningful budget and a strong landing page to compete. We will advise you honestly on whether the economics make sense before recommending this path.
